Dog Friendly 

Pinellas is well known for how dog friendly the area is including restaurants and parks 
(always be sure to check before visiting as not all places are dog friendly). 

-Bamboo beach bar and grill 
(Located at the World Famous John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach, the Bamboo Beach Bar and Grill is one of the Florida Suncoast’s oldest bars. The patio is dog friendly with water provided for your dog.)
-Fort Desoto is a stunning state park the has a dog beach

-2 dog maximum, as per the condo rules there is a 50lb weight limit for dogs. (PET FEE REQUIRED)

-Absolutely no smoking allowed except in the designated smoking areas downstairs, there is a $100 per day smoking fine and the condo association lets us know of anyone violating that rule immediately

-Commercial vehicles, boats, and trailers are not allowed to park overnight

-No clothing or towels are allowed to hang on the balcony railings

-You must pick up after your pet!!

The booking guest must sign a renters agreement within 48 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.

The renter's agreement will ask for your

The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email. Please message me at PineappleCoveVR.com if the e-mail has not been received, I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.

 

Check-in information and entrance codes will be sent the morning of your arrival date.

  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM

  • Checkout: 10:00 AM

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • No parties or events
